If you are running into javascript issues and the jQuery Easy plugin does not seem to fix anything, this may be due to several factors:
- you did not enable the plugin (obvious, but anybody can be distracted),
- the plugin does not run on the page you are trying to fix,
Tip A great way to see if the plugin is running on a page is to enable the reporting tool - if you do not see the report, the plugin does not run on the page
- the javascript issues are unrelated to jQuery conflict issues (the plugin does not fix bad written code or javascript issues unrelated to jQuery),
- the basic parameters of the plugin are not enabled (no fixes are operated until jQuery is enabled in the plugin),
- the javascript issues are too complex for the basic settings to be enough to fix them and you need to use the more advanced tools at your disposal in the plugin.
Tip As a rule of thumb, if you do not know if anything has changed on a page or if your issues still remain, the reporting tool will definitely give you hints on what has been done by the plugin with the current settings.
You can always contact Olivier for a quick look at your issues. I will determine if the plugin may be able to fix your javascript problems, at no charge. However, you will need to buy a support membership if you need the plugin to be setup for you.
