Shows the article tags as a list or distinct entities. When distinct, the tags are individually skinnable.
Requirements
The article option Show Tags must be set to Show.

Language overrides
When showing the tags as a list, they are comma separated. This can be modified through the constant key PLG_CONTENT_ARTICLEDETAILS_TAGSSEPARATOR.
Internationalization
To add text before the tags in a multilingual environment, override the constant key PLG_CONTENT_ARTICLEDETAILS_PREPEND_TAGS. When showing distinct tags, override the constant key PLG_CONTENT_ARTICLEDETAILS_PREPEND_TAG to add text before each tag.
