Add the following CSS:
.latestnewsenhancedextended_313 .newstitle {
    display: list-item;
    list-style-type: disc;
}

There is a specific space allocated to style overrides in the module itself (in the style section).
Just add it there.

i added this code .. and changed the number to my module id .. it still does not work. am i missing something?
