All extension purchases are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee (this does not apply to the free extensions support membership).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our extensions or they do not fit your requirements, we will provide a full refund of your purchase within the first 30 days. Refunds do not apply to license renewals.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. Please note that by purchasing our extensions, you agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

To ask for a refund, simply submit your request for refund by contacting us and providing us with your subscription reference, date of purchase, the original purchaser’s email address and a brief explanation on why the extension(s) did not fit your needs (it is important we get feedback from you in order to improve our offerings). Requests with incomplete information will be disregarded.

We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.

Users taking advantage of the refund policy to get software for free will be banned from any further transactions with us and their accounts closed.
