In Joomla 4 there is a special new: you can choose an article as "featured", in the tab "published" you can define an end time. After that the article is still "featured" in the parameters, but has no featured "star".

The modul latestnewsenhanced don't see this different, but it should so. Or did I make a mistake? It is very interesting to define featured-periods for my featured articles.

Hello,

Latest News Enhanced does not support the start and finish featured dates for featured articles yet. It's planned for a future release.

It's on my task list for the next update release.
I had to work on issues that had higher priority in the upcoming release (this week).
