Hello, if you use Latest News Enhanced Pro, you can set item width to 25% or slightly less and use animations. The script for animations will decide how many items can show. Set min and max widths as well.

With Trombinoscope Contacts Pro, this is the same process.
To allow 4 items in a row, set item width to 25% (a bit less to allow margins), set some min and max widths as well to ensure the cards stay of a reasonable size.

In the module, by setting up the carousel, the number of items will adapt to the device, going down to 1 item on the smaller ones.

If using pictures on the left or the right of the content, set 'Orientation Switch Width' to allow the picture to move to the top of the content if room is lacking.
