I would request an invoice for the purchase I have made today

I did typed my whole mail but then I got the error that mailing is disabled.   Also all of the fields where empty beside the fields that are prefilled

How do I ask now for a invoice for my compagny?

Once again, my apologies. The system was down for a couple days and my internet service provider finally was able to fix it. I could not receive any email from the site, so no invoice requests, no post forums, nothing would go through, hence missing your posts as well (I was not notified).
