Hello,

the thumbnail files are created and stored in the Joomla temp directory. If I remember well, Akeeba backup does not backup and restore that directory. Therefore thumbnails are lost but re-created as soon as someone 'hits' the page containing the module again.

Your page looks good indeed from my end also.

Olivier.

Thank you so much for the reply.

I have all the thumb files in /tmp folder but all of them are not showing on the front end. Please note the Head Thumbnail is showing blank or white

Hello,

your articles contain no picture as far as I can see. Therefore none is showing on the page, which is the right behavior. Have you tried setting up a default picture? Or should you just remove the picture header altogether?

Anyway that is all I can see from your frontend.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I'm checking the articles and YES there is a picture on it. Tried remove and add.
Is this behavior maybe due to the web.config rewrite rule? If so, can you help how to add a rule to allow images on the /tmp folder for the thumbnails to show.
