Firstly, what a brilliant plugin this is, resolved my front end issues in seconds so a huge thanks.

I have one problem yet to resolve and that is with the JCE Editor, when ever I go to use the editor with the plugin enabled I get a frozen editor when it tries to open a popup window.

If I disable the plugin (jQuery Easy) then everything is fine.

I am running the latest versions of both Joomla and JCE. Any ideas on how I can resolve this without having to disable the plugin every time I want to edit an article or use the editor?

Hello,
thank you for the compliment.
Are you having trouble with JCE in the frontend or the backend?
Assuming it is in the backend, what parameters have you set up with the plugin? JCE uses jQuery 1.7.2 and a customized version of jQuery UI 1.8.21 apparently.

Many thanks for the reply, it is more the backend that I am worried about and seeing the issue.

I checked the plugin settings and it is showing:
jQuery Version - jQuery v1.7 (latest)

jQuery UI Version - jQuery UI v1.8 (latest)

I tried playing with these however had no joy resolving my little issue.

Do you have any suggestions as I am not the most technical person in the world>

Sorry, just figured out a suitable fix!

Simply set jQuery to none in the backend settings of the plugin as this services my needs.

I am glad you resolved the issue. I will have to investigate this further so it does not affect other users... Since you had the right versions of jQuery setup (compared to the ones I have found in JCE), there probably was a mix-up with MooTools...

I am testing the jQuery Easy plugin with the JCE editor. It turns out that the plugin overrides some code in the init part of the editor (when enabling the jQuery UI library). I am not sure how to overcome that yet. The editor works fine with jQuery alone, but not when adding the jQuery UI library.
