Hello!
I'm trying to get image to display but I get this message when enabling error reporting:

Error
Failure on creating image or unsupported filetype for bevslakesideretreats.com/newsite/images/example1.jpg

GD seems OK given the msg found in the module's report:
The PHP GD extension is loaded
GD Version 2.0.35
GIF Support Enabled
JPG Support Enabled
PNG Support Enabled
WBMP Support Enabled

Any ideas as to why?
Cheers,
G

Hello,
the GD library is not able to create the image and it can become from lots of obscure reasons.
Is the image part of your website or is it coming from an external URL? What is the page where you instantiated the module?

Olivier.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, the image is on the server.
The module is positioned in the "right" position. The page (article) is called from a menu item. Nothing fancy.. standard.

Could it be a temp folder issue? I tried various names, ensuring I had such a folder at the root but to no avail. I even tried a sub-folder of the images folder... no luck.

Je suis absent pour le moment, je te repondrais ce soir ou demain. Merci Gilles! BTW I do not think it has to do with the temp folder, as it is used later in the code. Maybe because of being under the sub-path /newsite?

Merci Olivier.
I'll see if I can move it to the root using newsite.bervslakesidretreats.com as a url. I'll let you know how I make out. I've spent lot of time trying a variety of things as I really like this module and would love to be able to use it.

I look forward to your input as well.
Gilles
