Chrome no longer throws an error.
I am having problems with the extension: JoomUtra USAMap
Do you see any issues I should look into?

If you still have a blank screen when you enable the extension JoomUtra USAMap, I would suggest contacting the developers and/or use their support (make sure it is compatible with the latest version of Joomla and see if other users have issues with it).
You can also see if you get any error when setting debug 'on' in the joomla global parameters.
